Even in medical school, I was very tense about the approach to the patient as a machine. A set of diseases - a set of treatment algorithms. And no individuality. Even then, I was fascinated by Ayurveda (the most ancient system of healing originally from India), its individual approach, diagnostics of people into types. It turned out that if treatment is prescribed according to the type of constitution, the effect is much better! After 6 years at the medical institute, where my favorite specialties were physiology, biochemistry, pharmacology and psychiatry with psychotherapy, I went to residency in immunology and an internship in psychiatry and psychotherapy. Psychiatry and psychotherapy gave me an answer to the question of why a person gets sick, how the psyche affects the disease (and now I am sure that most diseases, including injuries, have mental causes). And immunology gave me an explanation of how the disease develops. For over 15 years I worked as a psychotherapist in my favorite research clinic - the Clinic of Immunopathology (the only clinic of its kind!). There in 2006 I defended my dissertation in the field of psychoneuroimmunology (the science of the influence of the psyche on health). There I also developed the direction of psychosomatic medicine and rehabilitation

While still working at the Clinic, I realized that a balanced diet can cure many chronic diseases. And body cleansing, a detox diet and a detox menu are necessary stages of healing even chronic depression! Then I took training in nutrition and dietetics and opened my own clinic of complementary (natural, non-drug) medicine, herbal cleansing and weight loss - "Academy of Health". For more than 10 years, I ran my small clinic and oriental massage studio "Massage Boutique". When I got tired of winter and administrative work and decided to try working abroad and develop as a specialist. Healthy and tasty food is a source of inspiration for me, creativity, science and, of course, the wonderful results of my beloved patients and friends. I am sure that "Everything healthy is very tasty, and tasty should be healthy! You just need to learn how to cook and combine healthy products... My weight loss methods are very "strange": to someone I can recommend sweets, to someone fatty, and to someone - to eat more!)
